Article 2: Scope & Applicability

2.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, contracts, and deliveries made through btcgoldshop.com.

2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase precious metals in your country of residence.

2.3. Btc Goldshop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that transaction. Material changes will be communicated via our website.

2.4. Privacy-First Approach: Btc Goldshop operates on a principle of data minimization. We collect only the information strictly necessary for order fulfillment, delivery, and legal compliance. No identity verification (KYC) is required for orders under $50,000 USD equivalent.

Article 3: Products, Pricing & Price Locking

3.1. Live Market Pricing: All product prices on btcgoldshop.com are linked to live gold and silver spot market data and update automatically every 3 minutes. Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, and GBP.

3.2. Price Lock: Once you proceed to checkout and initiate payment, your price is locked for 15 minutes. This protects you from market fluctuations during the payment process. If payment is not completed within this window, the order may be recalculated at current market rates.

3.3. Product Descriptions: All product descriptions, weights, purity levels, and images are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in appearance (e.g., coin year, serial number) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3.4. Purity Guarantee: All gold products are certified 999.9 fine gold (24 karat) and all silver products are certified 999.0 fine silver, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Products are sourced exclusively from authorized refineries and mints with Good Delivery status.

Article 4: Orders & Contract Formation

4.1. Offer: Product listings on btcgoldshop.com constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase.

4.2. Acceptance: A contract is formed when Btc Goldshop confirms your order via email after successful payment verification. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4.3. Cryptocurrency Payment Window: Cryptocurrency payments must be completed within 15 minutes of invoice generation. If the payment is not received or confirmed within this period, the order may be cancelled and re-quoted at the current market price.

4.4. Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed once the cryptocurrency transaction has received sufficient network confirmations. Confirmation times vary by network (e.g., Bitcoin typically requires 1–3 confirmations; Solana and stablecoins are near-instant).

Article 5: Delivery, Shipping & Risk

5.1. Free Insured Shipping: All orders include free worldwide shipping with full insurance coverage for the entire purchase value. No minimum order threshold applies.

5.2. Dispatch Timeline: Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. EU deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days; international deliveries within 5–12 business days depending on destination.

5.3. Discreet Packaging: All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, logos, or indication of contents. Customs declarations for international orders use generic product descriptions to maintain confidentiality.

5.4. Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking is provided for every shipment. Tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch.

5.5. Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer only upon confirmed physical delivery (signature at the delivery address). Until that point, Btc Goldshop bears all risk and insurance responsibility.

5.7. Delivery Issues: If a package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing contents, the Customer must notify Btc Goldshop within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at the Customer’s choice.

Article 6: Payments & Accepted Currencies

6.1. Accepted Cryptocurrencies: Btc Goldshop accepts over 100 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), BNB, USDT, USDC, and many others across multiple blockchain networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Tron, BNB Chain, and Solana.

6.2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our secure, privacy-respecting cryptocurrency payment gateway. Btc Goldshop does not store your wallet addresses or transaction hashes beyond what is necessary for order fulfillment and accounting.

6.3. Overpayments: If a cryptocurrency payment exceeds the invoiced amount, the excess will be refunded to the originating wallet address within 5 business days, subject to minimum network transaction thresholds.

6.4. Underpayments: If a payment is received below the invoiced amount (due to network fees or wallet errors), Btc Goldshop will contact you to arrange the balance or offer a partial order adjustment.

Article 7: Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

7.1. 30-Day Return Policy: Customers may return products within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original, unopened, and sealed condition.

7.2. Exceptions: Custom-ordered items, engraved products, or items that have been removed from their original assay packaging are not eligible for return unless defective.

7.3. Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use insured, tracked shipping. Btc Goldshop is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7.4. Refund Method: Refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency used for payment or its USD equivalent at the time of refund — whichever is more favorable to the Customer. This ensures you are not penalized by market fluctuations between purchase and return.

7.5. Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Force Majeure: Btc Goldshop shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, sanctions, or disruptions to blockchain networks or payment processing systems.

Article 11: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

12.2. Non-Custodial: Btc Goldshop is a transactional service, not a custodial one. We do not hold customer funds, manage investment portfolios, or act as a financial intermediary. Each transaction results in the immediate dispatch of physical products to the customer.
